The basic circuit is a 12 volt solid electrolyte Werker WKA12-5F battery lighting an LED of 3 to 9 watts. To prevent battery damage to the battery, the must open the battery LED circuit when the battery voltage drops to 10 volts . When the battery is attached to a charger the cutoff switch circuit should reset to closed. Design the switch circuit and components.

There are inexpensive integrated circuits available to do this job, however, I can also design one from discrete components if you require. I will provide you with a list of components and circuit schematic in which ever format you require.
