I have a project which does the following:
- sense presence of a product
- once product sensed start turning a motor
- a short time after the PLC signals to a printer to print on the product.
- there is one PLC which coordinates the printing of two products using two printers
- there are the following switches
- a 3 position switch which says product one product to or both products
- a two position switch which says on or off for the whole system (at 240v side/input of power supplies)
- a two position switch which gives you the option of manual or auto operation
- There are the following push buttons (both illuminated from the PLC/2nd power supply)
- run product one
- run product two
- for each of these there is one contact to the input of the PLC and contact from the output of the PLC (for illumination).
- There are two optical sensors which tell the PLC that there is product in position.
- the PLC code is written and there is no programming required by you.
- potentiometers into the DC motor control boards how allow the user to change the speed
I have all electronic components specified and purchase I have all mechanical components organised but to help my wiring up of the system I need to have a wiring diagram prepared. A PDF file on a title block is fine.
To accompany this wiring diagram I would also like a drawing prepared which shows a panel layout and terminals with labelled connections so that my staff can wire the system together.
The system uses the following components
- A 240 to 24 volt power supply for driving to DC motor control boards (Meanwell EDR-150-24)
- A 240 to 24 volt power supply for driving 1 PLC and two optical sensors. (Meanwell EDR-150-24)
- the PLC and switches as described above. (Panasonic FP0R)
- a single iec socket into the machine
- 2 DC motors (type doesn't matter)
- 2 DC motor control boards (Electroment EM-213)
- 2 potentiometers which go into the DC motor control boards (BOURNS
3590S-2-104L Rotary Potentiometer, 100 kohm, 2 W, ± 5%, 10 Turns, Linear)
- all electronics in the system is 24 volt
- 2x 5 pin DIN sockets which has 3x pins (for +24, 0v and PLC signal) that the printers each connects to.
- an ABB single pole breaker to protect 240v input side of power supplies).
The panel layout will have all components attached to 2x DIN rails. It all goes inside a 600x600 enclosure.
This is a real and live project ... And urgent... and I will award it by 30/3/17 3 pm GMT.
I wish for this to be completed by 31/3/17 1am GMT.
Please download product data sheets and make up the wiring diagram and panel layout drawings.
Please send me your price and 1x drawing example ASAP. I will award this ASAP.
Thanks in advance.
