Looking for Fantasy novel Editor

I was particularly drawn to your project as fantasy is a genre I enjoy working with immensely and currently I am working on a series of Russian fantasy novels which have been translated into English. I would suggest picking a few people who have good proposals and asking them to edit the first chapter of your book for free. You will find that all professionals will be happy to do this. Once you've done this you can choose whomever's style you prefer and go from there. I would offer you a two draft system. The first draft will have all corrections and changes tracked for your review and approval. The second draft would be ready to send off for publication. I know this does not seem like the best proposal to get myself the job, but I believe that all stories need to be told the best way they can.
