I am a Project Manager who has managed time sensitive projects for sectors including Aerosapce, automotive and IT. With over 2 decades of experience I have more than 10 years as a Project Manager. Answering your questions, I have not used Smartsheet till date. I use MS-Projects. I do use GANTT, PERT and other scheduling techniques to monitor Project progress. Yes. I do use Google docs and spreadsheets.

Rating 3- I work on a task priority based while multi tasking at the same time; Rating 3- I do like good ideas but will work on its pros and cons to see if it fits the situation; Rating 4 - I am pragmatic with my approach. Rating 3-If there is housekeeping that needs to be done, I would attend to it before doing something new; Rating 3-I do thrive amidst chaos and at the same time will ensure that there is method that is adopted; Rating 3- Structure should enable, it should not lead to lethargy; Rating 4 - Prefer refining and fine tuning what exists and that depends on the level of where things are; Rating 4 - Fulfill the objective, duty and responsibility with diligence; Rating 4 - I clean once every 2 weeks where I have trays to prioritize the files or papers. Once their need is complete I do put it into a file for archival if required.
