Digital Magazine production software

We have a requirement for a flash developer to work on a project for a large publishing house based in Bristol. As part of our ongoing online development we are looking for a developer to build us our own in-house software to create and maintain a pdf to flash convertor for our magazines. The software will need to be able to convert our magazine pdf's into a flash based file with page turning technology, thumbnail and contents views, the ability to save the magazine for off-line viewing, a search facility, the ability to send the magazine to a freind, one click zooms, scrollable zooms, and digital rights management. We would want to be able to embed video and audio into the magazine and add interactive flash advertisements. The magazine must be able to be displayed in a browser and be able to be read as a flash exe or Mac zip file. We also have a requirement that the system be able to track page views, and have a web based reporting interface to monitor the magazine performance.
