Data extraction from a public website

This job will consist of searching through a database of information, reviewing the records, and recording a select amount of information into a spreadsheet. There are hundreds of thousands of records, but you will use the information below to search and filter the results to record the information we are needing. Website for search: [login to view URL] (select "Oil and Gas Well Records" Filters: "District" value will be 08, 8A, 7C (each entry into "District" will give an independent set of search results) Display: 100 Records per page Upon clicking submit you will see a grid of information in the "Results" frame. The column to the far left will contain text with a link that will say "WELL LOG", "SUSPENSE", or "POTENTIAL". We want to only review the "POTENTIAL" documents. Furthermore, any of the "POTENTIAL" documents that say "FILM YR" below them we do not want to review these. Open the link on "POTENTIAL" and review the information in the pdf. (See "[login to view URL]" attached image to show where to look for the date.) The date should be 2011 or later for the documents we are interested in. Scroll through the documents and look for the Company name that the permit is for as well as the surveying company. This is usually found on the survey plat that is in the documents. (See "[login to view URL]" that is attached) Using this information we will create a spreadsheet which I will share that contains: 1) Oil & Gas Company Name 2) Surveying Company Name 3) Latest Date of Permit We are not interested in every single record, only unique records for each oil and gas company / survey company combination.
