Mail Merge - mailing list database generator We are looking for somebody to build a postal mailing list for Hertfordshire in the UK. We are looking for businesses only! The mailing list should contain Company name, and full address (including postcode) as well as telephone number. The mailing list database would be ready to load straight into Microsoft word XPs mail merge application. The database should contain 1,000 entries with no duplications, and should not contain IT Resellers, Print Suppliers or Retail clothing stores. We are looking for office and admin based businesses. A good place to look for addresses would be [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] company information and addresses are available on these sites. This is basically a Data entry job as we have provided a location for addresses.
