Data entry for links building

Hello This project involves two steps: Step one: There is an online directory ([login to view URL]) which lists the website address, email address and descriptions of companies relevant to our industry. Our objective is to : - add links to all of these companies site to our website - to email all of these companies to ask them to link to our site. we therefore need: - to complete the code (website link and description) to add links and descriptions for all of these companies to our site. - to create a database of their email addresses and website addresses so that we can send a bulk email. You will go on to [login to view URL] and for each company listed you will: 1. copy the email address for the company and paste it into an excel spreadsheet (which we will provide) 2. copy the website address for the company and paste it into the same excel spreadsheet. Step 2: You will be inserting the relevant web address and description for each company into pre-defined code (you will not need to create or work on the code itself, it is just a matter of copying and pasting). This can be done in notepad, text editor or Word. You will be inserting the WEB ADDRESS and the DESCRIPTION obtained into the following places <p><b><a href="http://[WEB ADDRESS]">[WEB ADDRESS]</a></b></p> <p>[DESCRIPTION]</p> We have commenced this task ourselves but need someone to take it over: - we have already entered web addresses and email addresses in the database down to the end of the category 'fireworks'. You would do the rest of the site. - we have done the links code for the accessories section down to [login to view URL] We often have data entry jobs arising so if the winning bidder impresses us with their work, they are likely to receive ongoing work.
