Use pre generated reports from phone system to determine 2 values:
Quantity of Work = Calls per day / Hours worked
Efficiency of work = Talk Time + Work Time / Hours Paid
Values need to be determined for individuals and a group in separate reports.
Reports need to be run daily, weekly monthly, graphing historical data.
Must be created using Microsoft Excel.
Entire project must be well documented.
I have attached 3 sample files. If you are selected for the project you will be give access to run your own reports and edit them as necessary.
