Banner clicks with different IP and captcha verfication

we need a team or persond what can vote everyday minimum 50 (or so much that we are on Place number one with our banner in the toplists) times for us on each votebutton (total 10 buttons)with different IP !! so every vote need be a different IP and the vote need be confirmed by a capcha we need this for 3 months every day our banner need stay in the toplists allways on place one the clicks should be random not every day exactly the same number of clicks somtimes more sometimes less place your bid for 3 months clicking our banners
