I work in the area of machine learning, mostly speech recognition etc. I have knowledge of collaborative filtering, hybrid recommender systems and content based recommenders but not of sentiment analysis and web scraping. I have also not used rapid miner before. Kindly share more details about your project and then probably I can tell you where I stand against your requirements. Regards

Hi! Need to know some details before to say exact price/duration. Could do that work in SAS software and unload model in if-else and sequence type of rules. Also that model could be encoded in python to use as service. Model needs to be renewed if quality parameters would be lower then expectable from time to time. Possible theory that could be applied depending on data and details: clustering bayesian/neural networks association rules/sequence patterns detection.

Hi, I am very familiar with Machine Learning and Data Mining techniques and have implemented opinion mining and analysis, content and colloborative based algorithms on the same for varied projects and datasets building models ( specific one being for the Recommendation System and Ratings Prediction for Netflix Movie Dataset ) that incorprates unstructured data such as IMDB and Wikpedia from where information was scraped, extracted to build accurate recommendation models and have used Weka, R and RapidMiner as the tools during implementation. Also please find below my short experience summary. * Several years experience developing Statistical Data Analytics, Data Mining, Text Mining, Machine Learning, Knowledge Discovery for building classification and predictive models on Big Data developed using SVM, Decision trees and Neural Networks, sentiment and opinion mining and have implemented algorithms for research papers. * Extensive experience using Perl, PHP, C, Java, .NET with MySql, Oracle, MS-SQL Server * Data Mining Machine Learning Tools : Weka, R, RapidMiner, Excel, SVM-light. I expect 4 weeks of work ranging anywhere from 30-40 hours/week and the price,milestones and timelines flexible and negotiable based on exact project specifications and details or for any additional project work. Hi, Recently I have developed diabetes prediction and treatment recommendation system using J48 and Naive Bayes for classification/prediction and k-means for treatment recommendation using WEKA Java API.
