Undergoing a certification in R. MBA and BTech from the most reputed colleges in India. Good knowledge of statistics and R programming language. Around 3 years of industry experience. A snapshot of my profile : " Double or Quit " - a 3 word mantra which keeps me ticking, day in and day out. I have been an astute multirole professional- programmer, resource manager, content developer, teacher, marketer, strategist. As a result I have developed the ability to look at a situation from various perspectives. This has helped me in navigating through difficult situations time and again. I have the uncanny habit of thinking out of the box which makes me the Go To man in tough times. An electrical engineering grad from one of the top engineering colleges in the country, I started off my professional career in the software industry. Being a quick learner I moved on to greater responsibilities in my short stint in IT. Eventually I joined a start up in the education sector, where the experience was fascinating. Given the ownership to run the show, I did brilliantly well to deliver on many counts be it - content development, delivery of classes, marketing or strategy. I completed my post graduation in management from IIT Kharagpur and joined HCL Technologies subsequently.

Being a statistical researcher I am extremely well versed with the statistical concepts right from hypothesis testing to predictive modeling techniques like linear/logistic regression. I have been primarily working with R programming and find myself hooked to R for most part of the day for the sheer love I have for this language and challenges it throws back at me. Apart from work, I have written a case study on India's leading parking management service company which eventually got published in Harvard Business journal. The case was about predicting revenue from new parking projects. The research was totally done in R. The research is about developing a Robust Propensity Matching algorithm to address confounder bias that may be associated with observational studies. I feel my experience and passion could really come handy in completing the project well within time with the best results possible.
