I'm looking for someone to build an excel spreadsheet for mainly accounting purposes for 3 rental properties. The idea is to have a master tracker for transactions on one sheet and separate sheets that link directly off the master tracker for each of the properties. It would include linking separate sheets within excel and minor graph work. I would also require few other sheets grouping specific information together. I have detailed directions on how I would like it set up with all the relevant information. If this is a project of interest I can email the details of the job. I'm also open to changes and other ideas brought forward.
