Need Magento Catalog Sorted into Configurable Products

Hello everyone!
I own an online lingerie store, which currently has approximately 13,000 products listed. Currently, each unique size and color is listed as an individual simple product, however I would like each of these individual products grouped by SKU.
For example, right now i have simple producst SKUs 001-RED-S, 001-RED-M, and 001-RED-L, but I would like to have one configurable product that contains all 3.
Each configurable product will need to be assigned a title, description, short description (just copy and paste the description), SKU, be set to in stock, and images added. I would also like for you to rename the images the title of the product (ie. Product Red T-Shirt would have images Red T-Shirt 1, Red T-Shirt 2, Red T-Shirt 3).
Some simple products will only come in 1 size and color, and therefore will just need a description, and images. My guess would be this will be approximately 20% of the catalog.
Once you have finished, I will go through the catalog and assign a price to each item you've added, as well as set the product to catalog+search visibility.
