Dedicated Virtual Assistant needed!

We have a TV-website and we are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to take charge of different responsibilities in our day-to-day business needs. Are you up for the challenge? Responsibilities: - Screen emails, enquiries and requests, and handling them as appropriate; - Tap into recorded voicemails and emails and handle their resolve; - Perform SKYPE short talks, audio only, with potential producers who will upload videos to the site. They will be asking questions about the producers work, right to exibit, etc. and ultimately the password for upload. - Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing; - Must be able to overlap at least 2h/day with EST business hours. Requirements: - Experience is similar positions is a must; - Motivated and results-driven personality; - Strong communications skills; verbal, written in English; - Strong attention to detail and results oriented personality; - Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently; - Must be able to work independently and proactively on assigned projects; - Ability to take direction well and adhere to deadlines. Additional Info: - The position does not involve direct phone calls with clients; - We are interested in a continuous working-relationship with a suitable freelancer that gains our trust with his commitment to the project.
