Data Processing Assistant

Hi, we are a small UK-based agency that process a number of excel reports on a daily basis. We require help to process these excel reports. In each report, you will be making manual interventions to change codes or update prices to ensure that the correct information is produced in a timely and correct manner. Existing procedures must be followed so being a quick learner, attention to detail and technically minded is imperative. You must possess the following:- 1. Experienced in using excel macros, have an excellent eye for detail, be a quick learner and technically minded. 2. Have excel 2013 and strong excel skills. 3. Be available to work Tuesday and Wednesday mornings UK time. Priority will be given to European based freelancers 4. Happy to work independently and with limited supervision. Correspondingly, you must have exceptional communication skills to keep us up-to-date on progress and any issues. 5. Comfortable using skype, dropbox and other software 6. Good time mangement skills, flexibility and a can-do attitude 7. Good english language We are a friendly and out-going company so hopefully you will also embody this outlook The initial job will take approx 2hours per week but will be long term and ongoing if completed well (anything from 2 hours a week to 8 hours a week depending on what is available and how we progress together).
