Compile data

there is a website (database) which lists yachts that are available for charter, along with their crew lists. For any of the crew lists which have TBA or TBC we want to compile a list with the Captain's first name, last name, yacht name, and length of yacht, with the positions available. We only want to search for yachts over 100' in length. You will need to break the search into length ranges, like 100-120, 120-130 etc to get the search results to pull up correctly. There are 1350 TOTAL yachts in the system, but i don't know how many over 100'. However, most of them will be over 100'. I would prefer you to work from largest to smallest, like 250' - 550', since they are likely to have the most crew that need replacing at once. When you get to the search results, you click on the underlined yacht name, then click the link top right which says 'crew profile' and a date, which opens the crew list. There should be a Captain at the top, then the names and positions of each person of the crew. For any positions that do not have a name, but says something like TBA (to be advised) or TBC (to be confirmed) etc, those we know to be 'positions availalbe.' That's what your list will be called. So we want to end up with a spreadsheet of yachts, their captains, their length, and their positions available.
