Analysis of the HKJC video comment website and extract data

I wish to find some people to analyse of the HKJC video comment website to see if it is static or dynamic website (I suppose it is dynamic because it should be an automated generated website by java). Then if it is a dynamic one, I wish to know if there is any ways for me to extract the video comments with dates of race meeting specific by me. (You can see in the website now it will only show the video comments for horses racing in the coming race meeting. But it cannot trace back like last year race meeting) I hope there is ways to let me input the desired date of racing and get the video comments accordingly. Finally, if the above tasks are finished, I hope to have some program to download the comments automatically and saved in the format of database (MS Access should be).
