What I understand from the description you provided is- I will have to make two sheets from the one sheet you will provide based on the type of email is. One sheet will contain the information of the people who have individual email ids, and other will have people with company/ desk email id. For example, in your screen shot first two entries (patrick Daniel and Han Fook Kwang) have individual email ids. Rest all are company/desk ids.
You have such 100 Ids, that you need split in two.
I will split them by looking at column "contact person" and then looking at email. It will make sure that my work is perfect.
