Accrual to Cash Spreadsheet

Need to build a spreadsheet to convert income calculated on accrual basis to cash based. Also needs look up table with drop down boxes for selections, so that codes will match specific descriptions. See attached files for examples. I want three worksheets in my spreadsheet... One T1163 (see attached file) on an accrual basis, which will be used for data entry. Then, an accrual to cash adjustment sheet which should populate the first column based on the information in the first worksheet, with additional columns for adjustments to cash basis (see attached document "Accrual to Tax Worksheet", and then a final column for the income and expenses on a cash basis. And finally, the third worksheet should be another T1163, populated with the codes and descriptions from Worksheet 1 and the adjusted income (cash basis) from worksheet 2. No manual data entry should be necessary on the third worksheet.
