In my former position as Customer Service Associate for Home Depot, I processed customer transactions quickly and accurately, answered customer inquiries via email, telephone, and in person, and processed special orders. During my five years with the company, I proved that I was reliable, able to solve problems on my own, effectively interact with employees and customers, and proficient in multi-tasking and detail oriented.
In addition to my experience gained at Home Depot, I also worked as a Claims Processor for Premera Blue Cross in Spokane, WA and completed my college internship with the District One Medical Examiner’s Office. I graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Anthropology. I am an ideal candidate for this position because I have strong communication skills, punctual, responsible, a self-starter, and a positive attitude.
