convert .shs file to xls ( Scrap Object to Excel file )

hello guys .... I have a scrap file ( .shs ) that is associated with old version of microsoft office and windows xp so I can't open it in windows 7 ,, this type of files can normally be opened on win xp so you should have win xp to open file and convert it to xls than can work properly on my pc , any way you are free to use any method to do it I just need working version of file the file is attached ,,, please don't waste my time if you don't know how to deal with it bids more than 15$ are denied ,,, thanks :)
