Trade administrative assistant wanted Hi We are a global trading company and are looking for an assistant in global trading. The area of tasks -create Sales Order to customers -create Purchase Order to vendors -create invoice and send to freight forwarder Requirement -You have to be experienced in above area -You have to be able to communicate via skype -It is nice that you can be online between 2-6PM Los Angeles Time -other than that , the job occurs occasionally. probably once a week as needed. We would like to start from low budget since this job is partial job but as we do more transaction, there is a possibility that I may ask you more stable job depending on the performance.
