Find Information from Websites

There are 2 parts to this assignment. 1.) I require someone to make an Microsoft Access Database for me that has all client details ie: name, address, phone, fax, email, website And the following fields, phone call yes No, (with auto time and date) Letter Sent Y/N Auto time and date Follow up call Y/N (auto time and date) Action Field, Notes field Contact again on xyz date (with auto outlook diary entry etc etc Basically, I am a start-up and will be contacting prospective clients as to whether they require our companies services. 2.) On an ongoing basis I need potential clients added to this data base. it would require logging into [login to view URL] and searching for say "grape farmers" in "Victoria" then clicking on each name and adding there address to the data base. This would be ongoing for a month as I can only afford $50 per week.
