I have checked the URL list you provided in the job offer and I have the expertise to go thru each category and to scrap the data from each url. I can use pretty much Perl or PHP to make cUrls call and start working with the data you need. I envision this script in CLI mode ( we don't even need a frontend development). Just as side noted I have experience scrapping data from a number of different sources just the site you have posted.
