Data gathering for a Indian ecommerce website

I need help in collating data for 5000 products in the attached excel sheet format. For ease I have provided certain examples. What I will provide? Links to the product listed on some other websites. What is required to be done? Please go through the attached excel sheet carefully - Details on various sheets - 1. Products Tab - a) Products links and ids i will provide b) Column E - Note the manufacturer from the product description. Other than the specific brand names two other brand names I am using are 'As Seen on TV" (for as seen on tv products, these products have as seen on tv logos) and "Others" (for non branded) c) Column F - download the relevant images from google images/ links, modify it to the extent required, resize all of them to 500 X 500, add/ delete white space wherever required and name the images with main words from the product title. This is the column from which the website picks the main image and hence this needs to be extremely clean and properly formatted. The path to use here is data/demo/product name 1.jpg. other images need to be specified with product id on Additional Images Tab. Please refer the worksheet and attached images for examples (for ease I have attached 1 of each vertical, horizontal and full image) d) Column G - use the 'website language' for description of the item so that we dont need to do formatting later. please use wysiwyg editor for same. Use a catchy 1st line - refer existing product for example. This can be put in bold. Dont use any color or font change. use default font of the website (so copy from notepad). Only use bold and normal style. You can also use bullets and numbering. Content can be picked from the link provided or google. Please use it in a format so that there is no copyright issue. Refer attached worksheet for examples Also in case of electrical product that need power supply please add the content attached in the word document at the end of every item that needs power supply. 2. Manufacturers Tab - Leave ids blank Download brand images of the manufacturers noted in Products tab in similar sizes. Provide the path of the image in column c. it would ----- data/demo/brand image name.jpg. Call the image name e.g., samsung Ignore other columns 3. Additional Images - Link product ids with additional images here
