Creating CSV file of my products

Hello WE HAVE AN ISSUE we sell on ebay and are moving our business to a website and facebook store, we do have an issue, we never listed on Turbo Lister instead we used Auctiva. We need a csv file creating of our products, we can pull most information down, but what we are missing is the item description and the JPG Url adding to create a usable CSV file. So we need someone to go into each of our listings and copy the item description to the item on the main excel master file, plus then to go into Imgur and add the URL of the images, However if you have software that can pull out all our data then that would be great. currently there is 640 listings live, some have variations so we would need those adding to the CSV also. We will give access to Auctiva and ebay if needed. We need this doing by 4 weeks time. We do not have a large budget, so I will be looking for someone to do this fairly cheap. However we will then also be passing more work to you moving forward, so we want someone who we can work with long term to do all our CSV files. We used a custom template on Auctiva so I think this is why we cannot get the item descriptions, even if we do a copy of our live listings in Turbo lister, it will still not give the item descriptions, We never used Imgur for our images, so we will upload all the images prior to this job starting, so it will be as stated, add to a excel file we have started, just adding the image url's , variations i.e. sizes, colours etc. and item description. ADDITIONAL WORK will be, once all the excel file is complete convert the data to a csv file that we can upload to our website and facebook store. we will work with you to agree a budget for this at the time and we will require a monthly change to the data, we will add new products to the excel data file master copy and then require you to add this to the csv file and then upload to our sites for us.
