I understand that there might be some duplicate entries but still it is a large number. If it is a total record of 3000, how do you want me to prioritize between the cities ? Hello! I've already worked on a similar project and I've collected the gluten friendly restaurants from the Urbanspoon restaurants. There were more than 10k entries and I can certainly provide more restaurants in more categories as well. I think there are much more restaurants then 3000...
