This is a very simple job, but one that may be time-consuming. It is also a matter of generating data, not collecting existing data.
To give an example of the process, go to <[login to view URL]>. I am looking for someone to generate data for 100 different golf tournaments. It would merely involve:
1/ specifying the players to be included in the analysis (copy/paste from an Excel file to be provided)
2/ clicking on the 'Generate all tables' link and enter the relevant dates, course, location info on the next page
3/ Click on confirm and wait for the script to complete
4/ Run the web queries in an Excel file (to be provided) that will scrape the data that you have just generated and then copy that data into a different worksheet to be stored.
It is straightforward, but the 'generate all tables' scripts can take up to 10 minutes to complete and this is to be repeated for 100 different tournaments.
I have 700 tournaments for which I want the data to be generated, so I will be looking to accept multiple bids. If you are interested in this work for 200 or 300 events, please indicate this in your post, but post a bid for just one set of 100 tournaments. Subsequent work will be paid via the 'bonus' payment system.
Please try out the steps (2) and (3) above so that you know what the work will involve and how long it will take for each tournament to be completed.
Thanks
