Create a Joomla 3.x Component/Module

Looking for a Joomla 3.x Component/Module developer to develop simple Component/module to enter and retrieve student data to my existing Joomla website. Custom HTML Modules needed ##Module to enter student details into database ##Module to enter student payments ##Module to enter student attendance into database using a bar code reader. Once the bar code reader reads the bar code from the student ID the module should display whether the student has completed payment for the month or not and if not should play a loud beep noise Component to manipulate data entered by above modules ##Generate list of Attendanse ##Generate list of paid/pending students. ##Compare student payments with attendance
