Craigslist Data Extractor

Need data extracted from [login to view URL] ad postings. The postings I need are only from service providers. Ie. painters, carpenters, cleaners, movers, etc. I will need the following: email address ad date ad description phone number if it exists type of service city country - The data will need to be refreshed on a weekly basis - All duplicate postings and references need to be removed automatically I also need the data to be inserted in a MySQL database using PHP. I need someone who has either done this before or has a current solution. Also Craigslist does change their site structure from time to time, so I need the developer to be available to make changes at a good rate for me. I also need someone who I can pay a retainer to on a monthly basis to maintain this process I have set the budget low initially to get proof of concept.
