Affiliate Building/ links/ Promotion/ Marketing

We are looking for an Internet savvy, link building, affiliate marketing guru to help us develop our web presence. Note: the bid amount is only a retainer fee in effect during the probationary period mentioned below. You should be: - able to communicate in English - available via e-mail, IM and telephone - able to show previous related work experience - able to provide hundreds of affiliate and reciprocal/inbound links per month - willing to work independantly and self-initiate all activity - willing to sign a confidentiality contract with us - able to email project status reports weekly - able to receive funds in US dollars via [login to view URL] - knowledgeable about the proper way to post comments on blogs, forums, communities and newsgroups General Tasks and Activities: Send out press releases, invite websites to join our affiliate network, negotiate non-reciprocal and reciprocal links, add our website to searchengines -- plus anything else that would get traffic, ESPECIALLY, postings on Forums and NewsGroups; comments on blogs, etc. We Do NOT want any FFAs, Porns, Gambling, medication, work at home, or adult related link backs or affiliate partners - must be somewhat relavant link backs like (web design, web hosting, marketing, script sites, webmaster sites, domain registrations, internet related sites etc) We do not require a specific number of Page Rank, Reciprocal links Or Inbound links, content relevancy, number of links and so forth. However, we expect a remarkable sales increase over time. The more we make, the more you will make! Please note, bid only if you are very well versed in the fields of forum posting, newsgroup posting, affiliate marketing and link building, and can deliver results in time. This would be a long term business relationship and we'll prefer individuals over companies. Compensation: The initial bid amount is for the probationary period only. This unique project is ongoing and is more like a partnership of sorts in that we will compensate the successful candidate a sales bonus equal to 15% of the TOTAL MONTHLY SALES (profit, after costs) that the website generates each monthly period. Let me say that again, 15% of the TOTAL MONTHLY SALES that are generated from the ENTIRE website. That means that you will get residual income from our team of professionals. Currently myself and one other person will be managing, operating, programming, and marketing the website. You will be a part of that team. If you are selected for this project, you agree to become part of our team and you will receive specific instructions and rules of conduct pertaining to your interaction and activities. You also agree that the 15 day probationary period begins immediately after winning the bid for this project, and that you will not receive any bonus compensation during your probationary period unless verifiable sales, links, affiliates or other traffic can be determined. If there is a measurable increase in links or sales then you will be compensated the bid amount, plus 15% of the total sales generated. However, if we receive diminishing returns at any time during our business relationship, we reserve the right to cancel your services without further compensation.
