I need only indian writer^^^

I want a full time writer who can handle at least 2500 to 3000 words daily. He must be online from 11am - 1am daily. My rate is Rs 10 per 100 words, my rate is fixed it will not increase. Payment will be made in 2nd day via bank transfer, there will be no advance payment or escrow, i want indian writer only, i dont want any writer whose rate is high, whose rate is more than Rs 10 per 100 words.
