Detailed map of the major agribusiness supply chains

We need someone to document the major agribusiness supply chains (preferably in Australia, but can be generic) and the important employment opportunities at each stage of the chain. Agribusiness supply chains are defined as from from agricultural production (farm) through to retail businesses. Agribusiness is the production of food, fibre, foliage (eg, forestry) and fuel through the use of biological systems, and we require exach sector of the major agribusiness supply chains from farm gate through to retailers and restaurants (ie consumers) to be documented. The major agribusiness supply chains will need to include beef cattle (meat), sheep and lamb (meat), sheep (wool production), milk, poultry (eggs and meat), horticulture, grains, fisheries.
