PDF to word - V Urgent

Require 2 PDF files data to be typed/imported into MS Word (output will be two files). There are a total of 148 pages in the PDF files. ONE PDF FILE IS QUESTIONS AND 1 PDF FILE IS ANSWERS The PDF files have been scanned. Additionally, you are required to proof-read the output files and ensure there are no mistakes when transcribed. We prefer someone to use OCR to import the data into word and then make the formatting changes. Therefore all bidders must be very good with MS Word. Specific Intstructions (layout templates in word will be provided 1 for questions 1 for answers): 1. Each word, full stop (.) and comma (,) should only have 1 space after it. 2. Page settings on word should be A4 3. Font - Arial 12 4. Page Numbers - Arial 10 THIS IS VERY URGENT WORK. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1. PENALTY FOR LATE WORK - 10% OF BID PER DAY 2. MISTAKES - $0.10 PER MISTAKE WHILST WE APPRECIATE THAT THESE ARE HIGH PENALTIES, WE HAVE COME ACROSS A NUMBER OF GAF PROVIDERS WHO HAVE NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER.
