Data Transfer/ Rewriting

Looking for someone to take information from our old website & partners sites and transfer it to our new site - e.g. old site property description [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and to enter it in our new site via CMS. text & pictures. New site currently underdevelopment so we can currently alter layout of product description pages to try to get the most effective display. Looking for someone who can achieve a good look and who can rewrite body text as necessary. Please advise on cost per hour or cost per typical property description. Thank you.
