Comunity with News, Forum and Blog

I am about to setup a site where users can read news, write in forums, blogs with pictures, search for jobs and post their CV. The startpage should take the news to seperate pages. The theme will be about gaming, poker, casino and sportsbook. I have no technical skills so everything constructed needs to be done so a pure amatuer can update news, subjects etc on the site. I dont know how much work it is that is needed to produce this, i need the HTML code/design done aswell so the site looks good. 1. startpage with news and links, design that looks like a newspaper preferably like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] where you have links to the left, news in the middle and banners to the right. The news must be easy to update with autoformat of the fields. Also links to every news so the come up when links or headers are clicked at. When the news comes up, all the other news in that section should show below so people always get more news in the area that interests them. 2. Forum, this forum could look like any forum but if possible i prefer the same type that can be found here:[login to view URL] What i like here is the subjects timestamped to the left, click on the subject and the thread opens up to the right. Login needed! 3. Blog section, A startpage with seperate news trigging different kind of bloggs. The last blogupdate should be visable on the Blog startpage. Pictures should be able to upload for the users. Needs login! 4. Write your CV, i want one subpage where visitors can enter their CV into our database 5. Availeble jobs, i need another subpage where jobs can be posted. 6. Business news, a page about the business, suppliers can send in their news and releases. 7. Business ideas, a page where visitors can upload their business plans and investors can look at them (needs login).
