CodeIgniter Controller and views

Create a controller and two views to display a licensing page. View one must include a form for adding new licenses and a table of existing licenses. View one form must include place to enter a name, email, and domain. Table of existing licenses must include name, domain, date added, status (text), and several action links. Action links include: Deactivate (fa icon red x), Resend (fa icon email), Activate (fa icon check), and edit (fa icon edit/pencil&paper). No sorting or pagination (just display all records). Controller should contain the following methods: index, deactivate($licenseID), resend($licenseID), activate($licenseID), edit($licenseID), and save(). View two displays the same form from view one, but with data populated for editing a license. I have provided more details in the attached document. Please include the word router in your response.
