Calling Creative Minds: I need a new feature on my website that allows users to VOTE on various media materials - Innovative Voting System needed

Calling Creative Minds. I am starting a feature on my site that will allow users to vote on various media materials online. The functionality must include the ability for the user to choose which type of voting platform to use - Poll, 1-10 Average Scale, Multiple Choice, etc. The results must be shown through line graph, pie chart, bar graph, etc. This will be an extremely creative process on the Freelancer. I am open to opinions and ideas to make this launch more successful. This task may call for additional work (web design, graphic design, etc.) *An idea of what this may call for is voting systems such as Yahoo!Launchcast, [login to view URL], Please provide EXAMPLES if available. Budget is negotiable/open. This calls for a lot of creative control. Strict number crunchers need not apply. Simplicity, innovation, and user-friendliness are the goals of this project.
