Develop process to create Magazine Stand App from HTML5/CSS/JS files.

We have the HTML5 files (has CSS and JS), for the magazine, which very much like a website and will contain videos, sound, and animation. WHAT WE NEED 1. Someone to create a magazine App using our HTML5/CSS/JS files. Is this simply a matter of using existing technologies in Phonegap? 2. The magazine must have the standard features which are available to any news stand magazine - but be it's own app Features include: a. smooth and reliable page turning by swiping b. Pinch zoom c. Pan allow for panning when zoomed in (this must not conflict with page turn, since they are similar finger motions) d. A thumbnail preview menu when the user taps the screen: this allows the user to jump to other pages of the magazine. This menu should be able to toggle on/off when user taps background of magazine. 5. Push notification of new issues (which may be free or charged) 6. Easy way to publish on Android, Apple App store, Kindle. The process needs to be repeatable so that we can create other Apps. If we come up with more magazine ideas.
