I have already developed that kind of application. I can develop this in Asp.net C# and SQL Server, HTML5, Twitter bootstrap There will be form from which user can enter his information and also upload CV(pdf or word format). When he will click on save button then information will be save in database. There is 2nd interface for admin level users. Admin can enter their credentials in login form. After successfully login CVs serach page will be open. In this page admin can filter some criteria like first name or last name or keywords, date of birth etc. and after applying criteria he can see list of candidates with their CV's Thanks
