Adjust Menu CSS Behavior

I need a ridiculous adjustment in CSS, but looks like I was doing something else in CSS classes at school :) And it's making me waste that time to do my PHP... I just need proper behavior of background and link colors inside <ul><li><ul> Still working localhost, but will publish in the next hours... Although normally I work alone, I like team work and have some other projects rolling beside this one. Thanks for bidding!
