Develop a mobile web app - Not Hybrid (for Mobile First Proof of Concept (POC) The objective of this POC is to: (1) Create a very basic Mobile Web app, using Angular.js, that enables a location to track the batches made, (2) Verify that Firebase will work as advertised (2) Verify that Offline appcache-nanny and Firebase both work offline (3) Verify that a mobile first architecture works effectively on iphone on G3 Cellular Network.
