Develop a Simple Desktop Application using Visual Studio or Qt in C++

Need to develop a C++ GUI that implements the Model View Controller pattern. The GUI should read data from a data file, create a line graph of the data, allow the user to edit the data and save the data back to the same file. Im looking for a complete project with information on how to compile and run the application and test cases. You need to post the program to Github and need to send the link to clone the repository.
