I am looking to get a developer to help me develop an application for both Mac and Windows Desktop. I know this will actually be two applications that need to be built. 1) Mac desk OSX 2) Window mac desktop Both apps are the same thing and should look the same and do the same functions. I need the developer to make an application in which there are tabs on the side of the application window (still part of the applcation) and if you click the tabs the application window goes to a website but the tabs stay static. Its super easy. I also will supply the UI design in any format that is requested.

I can do this on QT but if you plan use app in commerce with not open source community then you will need to buy QT license. Why QT - because then app will meet your requirements looks same on both platform and have same code.
