Some of the options could be Dropbox, Google Drive, Freelancer. - Which version of SketchUp you're using? This is an important aspect of this project since you want to use the SKP files in your system. - How complex are the models/files? - Do you've SOLIDWORKS files available or only SAT files? I know few different methods to converting SOLIDWORKS or SAT files to SKP.
