Solid Works Project redesign

Hi Freelancers, I need some help with a current project . I have posted and completed 2 jobs for the same project, 1 on elance and the other on freelancer.com. Both were awarded and complete by 2 different mechanical engineers, which did a good job in their own right . Unfortunately it was not what i had envisioned or even requested despite my many attempts to get it reconciled. So I decided to try to use a different approach at reaching my goal. I will upload the files to both engineers along with my request in a word file . Anyone who i can perform the changes to either file or combine the two ideas to meet my vision or create a completely new design will be awarded their bid. Yes it sounds like a contest and technically prob is, i know elance is not meant for this type of platform but i cant keep hiring and paying for submissions that is not what i am looking for. Its the only way i can review multiple works in hopes of finding exactly what i am looking for . I will award the job to each BID that is willing to accept my Budget and who ever designs or redesign to my requirement will be chosen the winner . Unfortunately all the others will need to cancel if they were not chosen.
