ASP.net using C#

i want some one to work on my project within my budget of 40$ and on time. Following are the tasks and for more details u can go through attached file: Create a Windows Application for the following tasks: Task 1: Create a Form that has five buttons with the following Text: [2*5=10 marks] a) “Create a new bank account” b) “View your account details” c) “Withdraw cash” d) “Deposit cash” e) “Exit ” Task 2: If the user clicks on “Create a new bank account”, the application must display another Form with three Textboxes and one button. One of the textbox is used to get the account number, the second one must get the owner’s name, and the third one must get the initial amount. The initial amount must be greater than 10000. [10 Marks] Task 3: When the user clicks on “Exit”, the application must be closed. [5 Marks] Task 4: If the user clicks on “View your account details”, the application displays new Form with one Textbox and one button. The textbox is to get account number. On the button click, the application verifies the existence of the account. If account number is found, the application hides the existing controls and displays three labels with the corresponding account details (number, name, and amount). The Button text is “Back” which takes you back to the main menu. When the “Withdraw cash” button is clicked, a new form is displayed with two text boxes and a button. The user must enter the account number in the first text box and the amount he wishes to withdraw in the second textbox. The button text is “Withdraw”, and when it is clicked the program must deduct the withdrawn amount from the account’s amount. The same thing is for the “Deposit cash” button except that it adds the amount to the account. [25 Marks].
