ASP.NET Webform Dataabse Application

I need an ASP.NET expert to develop a front end to a an existing enterprise application. The database used is MSSQL. All tables are already in place, some minor tuning may be needed so knowledge of MSSQL is required. User data from existing tables will need to be associated with the new login system. For example user phone extensions, user-email, etc. Will be used to filter displayed records based on the user logged-in. The following is a list of what is required: 1) Log-in system (users/roles/permissions) 2) Admin interface to manager users and configuration settings. 3) Data records shown for the logged in user only based on their extension. 4) Grouping, sorting, filtering, searching, and reordering capabilities. 4) Department Managers can see records for all department users. 5) Export records to PDF and Excel. 6) Nice design, you can use any admin theme out there. 7) Dashboard page for data visualization.
