As you've not provided the detail of the project in the description, I just bid with rough estimations. Once you provided the detail I'll first check whether it can be solved using the function "pdepe" or "pdetool" provided by MathWorks itself or not. If not then I proceed to code for it, otherwise I'll use either one has the capability; "pdetool" and "pdepe" just can solve few of the questions.
